Instructions:
- Fill out this form, add item to cart, and check out. Explain what engraving you would like in the "Special Notes" section, and upload an image if needed.
- Package your jewelry inside a small jewelry box, and put in a padded mailer similar to how it was delivered to you. This protects it during shipping. Items returned without protection will be irreparably damaged, and this damage is not covered by any warranty.
- Print your confirmation page or write down your order number that will be generated after you check out. Put this inside the mailer.
- Send your jewelry back to us at the address below. USPS First Class offers the best price for this, less than $5 for most addresses. Be sure to keep your tracking number for your package.
- That's it! We will add the requested engraving and return your keepsake to you. You will receive an email with tracking once it ships. Engravings and repairs are processed within 2 to 4 weeks because we have to include time for shipping both ways, but we do our best to get them done and returned asap!
